About Us

All year around, for lunch, dinner, a snack or drinks, you can sit outside with a crisp white tablecloth, or just inside the front door in the portico, where you can still see the ebb and flow of people and traffic on Ponsonby Road.

In Summer there are long, languid evenings on the pavement and in winter the glow of candles, and the warmth of the fireplace.

You may likely see someone you know wandering past and invite them to join for a glass.

It is a place for everyone, and all are welcome.

Great coffee (Millers), green tea for me, friendly service and seats where you can sit and watch the world of K-road wander, stumble, scoot by. I’m told there’s a Happy Hour later. We could be back.
